WIP UPDATE: Day of the Dead #2 (A)

Here are some updated pics of the wallhanging that I have been working on.

This piece is done with acrylic yarns. I know some folks despise acrylic yarn, but I prefer it for more sculptural pieces.

I am using many techniques in this piece: crochet (freeform & applique), loom knitting & weaving.

I have embellished this piece with an assortment of buttons and beads.

I feel that I am about 90% done ... but of course, I am waiting for the piece to tell me... lol.
